When you place your first order, you will automatically have to create an account. This allows a better management of your order, a greater security of your data but also a facilitation of our exchanges.

Your order will only be processed and sent to the creator of the product concerned after validation of your payment. SMART GADGET CITY is an e-commerce platform, which means that we manage everything (listing products of startups, sales, service etc.) except delivery. Once the order is taken into account on our platform, it is transmitted to the startup at the origin of the product that will send you the product(s) you have purchased. So if you buy several products, you buy them at several independent startups located in different parts of the world and you will therefore pay the delivery fee for each shipment, or free shipping when mentioned.

Since each creator manages to deliver his product, start-ups are free to choose the shipping methods (tracking or not, delivery times, prices) they want. This explains the disparity between all products offered on SMART GADGET CITY. To know the conditions of deliveries of a product, it is enough to go in the tab "DELIVERY & RETURN" of the page of the corresponding product.

As with delivery costs, delivery times are at the discretion of the inventor of each product. An approximation of delivery times is indicated on each product sheet, we do our best to make it as close to reality as possible. For products pre-order, the time is indicated according to the progress of the production of the product. 

We will notify you by email for each step of your order: order confirmation, payment confirmation and shipping confirmation. If the shipment type includes tracking, you can find the corresponding tracking number in your customer account. If no tracking number is entered, there is no tracking number associated with the product concerned or it has not yet been updated by the Startup. First of all, if at the delivery of the parcel by your postman you notice a damaged packaging you are entitled to refuse the delivery.
